It all depends how easy it is for you to learn a complex program. The documentation does explain everything you have to do, but it is a lot easier if we show everything on the phone and you then use the documentation as a basis from then on.

The documentation and the knowledge base is freely accessible via http://kb.toomuchmedia.com/ btw, so you can take a look if you want.

We highly prefer over the phone because ICQ just takes too long. We can call you, whereever you are, so there is no cost involved for you.
