Choosing a Designer

i'm new to the biz, i want tons of designs work done.

but i'm thinking of hiring old designer than new designers. i see alot of new designers who just registered this year than 2004.

i need your advice guys, new or old designers?

Old if you want proven quality.
New if you want to take a chance, you MIGHT get an AWESOME design for fraction of the price.

older generally means more experience.. and not some new monkies ripping off the bigger design houses.. then again so does money... it's not always the best to just go with the cheapest.
The most important thing you should go on though are personal recommendations from customers and designs provided to them.

Value for money is the key - whatever you pay does it make its money back? Those that are experienced with design and are successful are popular for a reason - their designs convert.
