    What are the worst and best inventions of the mankind for the past 100 years?

    In my opinion the best is the new era of worldwide communication
    (TV, internet, etc) and the worst hand dryers.

                                                                      We could only feed about 4 billion people without it (The world population is 6 billion). I can't think of any other invention that has saved 2 billion people.
