Has he mentioned what "bad" would be, i.e. current conversion rate? I think a better question is what type traffic is being sent to the site? I don't think extreme golden shower traffic would do too well on Julia Blue.ISLAND DOLLARS

Well i'm confused... (because my stats arn't helping, why i purchased nats)
i have nothing i hide, and i don't lie about conversions... so here goes..
i honestly don't know anything about how my tour is doing because my server stats arn't helping either... because 1.) i purchased a submit service... basically to 200+forums and linklists/linkdumps they drop 4 urls.. 3 urls to galleries.. and 1 url directly to the paysite... so the number of people visititng the paysite doesn't show how many people clicked through on the gallery....
and i also had 2 free listings on the pinkworld..... which i think is a great site, but i don't think the traffic suits my site because all the links above me were hardcore movie samples....
got 2 pichunter listings up as well with no results...
now i've had over 50k to my galleries i nthe last 2 days..
but paycom stats shows only 700 uniques... now i don't know if thats join page hits or first page uniques because it doesn't say.. i asked paycom... one guy said it was join page loads... another said it was first page tour uniques... either way those 700 uniques resulted in 1 trial....

also... one of the affiliates was using a full page ad and linking directly to the second tour page...
so the server stats won't really help me because it won't accurately show how many people went from tour page 1 to tour page 2 and then to join page (why i needed to buy tracking software, plus it will be nice to get affiliates more tidy in nats system
)
so i made payment for nats today, and i was told it would it would take 2 days or so after for installation... i don't know if tahts after weekend or not... but once i get nats running i can better see what needs tweaking and all that good stuffI like turtles.Comment

best thing to do is get your host to get you awstats or webalizer at least... this way you can see how many hits are going through your site.
Then you can judge what is going on.

It's impossible to judge a site with just 25k uniques sent to it, and that's what sos is doing because he's nervous. He needs to get a stats remote package (which he has via NATS) watch it for a good three weeks, and the answers will be pretty evident about what's going on and changes can be made.

They are good at what they do.

Getting surfers hooked on members only content through a trial fee will make them more likely to sign up. Most surfers are too stupid to do a siterip so that they can enjoy it later, and would rather just pay $24.95/month or whatever it is to be able to masturbate.Comment

FWIW - the text where your girl talks to the surfer is weak - at least on the first page.
