Can't seem to find anything decent other than basic outliners. I'm not really talking about doorway generators or anything like that, just a simple and effective way to map out 10,000 pages on one domain. Any ideas?

Custom... I doubt you'll find something that great already built unless we're talking about building a single page with 10K links on it, but I doubt you'd want that.

truth be told, custom is the only way to go. otherwise you end up with features that you don't need, don't work the way you need or conflict with ones your using. etc etc etc.
