Now that I'm signed up it's saying my banner download is corrupted.

I've tried several times to download promo materials but when I try to unzip them I'm getting:

"The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted."

I find the reference to contacting my account manager in the FAQs but I don't seem to be able to find any such while clicking around, I do see the sales@ address...
