Any dialer companies left that geo-target traffic.
And allow me to send traffic from the countries I choose to other URLs?
I want to put some of my foreign traffic to better use. I remember one of the companies used to do this but the dialer world seems kind of dead now.

You'd be better off running your own geo script.
Most companies wont let you pick and choose on their server load.
