That guy is supposed to be banned. You banned Lawrence Connor and the millions of fake nicks he created after.

Fact 2 -

I don't think that a psychopath and someone who got banned millions of times and manipulating this board is healthy. He's laughing at you, in a bad, sarcastic way.

He's using your banner, not to promote you, but not to get banned again.

I don't think you want that guy to "represent" you. That's my personal opinion but I'm sure many people also think the same way.
