    What should I do, My neighbour stole my cellphone

    I was drunk and dropped it outside one night, woke up and called it.. I see it ringing from under the neighbours van rear wheel.. So I try and pry it out with no luck.. I tell his son to get his dad to move it and drop it in my mailbox.
    Today no phone in the mailbox. I go over to get my phone and the kid says his dad didnt find anything... I should have taken a fucking picture it was intact under the wheel sticking out so you could get your fingers on it. Still functioning.... I should have jacked up his fucking car but out of courtesy I didnt touch it and waited..

    Really need some suggestions on how to deal with this fucker. All I really want is my SIM card with #'s and calendar.

                  Call your cell company. They'll flag it, and if/when it's used, they'll notify the police of the location of the phone. Call the police too and report it stolen so there is a report on file. Stupid neighbors. I'm glad I live in BFE.

                      yup. especially if your phone has a GPS on it (most phones today do by default).

                          You were drunk and dropped your cell phone. Under the tire of a vehicle. You fucked up. Don't try and blame anyone but yourself.

                          The kid probably never told his dad. Dad went for a spin, and your phone was crushed. The kid throws away the remains of the phone.

                          The kid is guilty of failing to make up for your fuckup.

                                  Yeah but the thing is I didnt fuck with his property to get my cell back. His dad got home at 1am I saw him but didnt go outside. The cell was in one peice and under the back tire so all he could do would be drive OFF of it.
