Player Eligibility Players must: - Be male or female and at least 16 years of age at time tournament - Have been homeless at some point after the previous years World Cup OR - Make their main living income as streetpaper vendor OR - Are asylum seekers (who have neither positive asylum status nor working permit) OR - Currently in drug or alcohol rehabilitation and have been homeless at some point after the previous World Cup Seriously cool idea |
