$5.19 domains from godaddy
I know some people here think godaddy sucks but if you want to register a personal domain or something here goes:
-Search for the domain you want -when you go to check out and they start bombarding you with a bunch of extra stuff to buy look for the traffic facts offer ($1.95) , add it and proceed to check out. -then use coupon code usa6. (-$1) -Your price should now be at $5.19  -after you`ve paid go to to manage your domains andn look for "renewing items".There disable renewing for traffic facts since it`s $1.95/mo. (I searched around in case this had been posted before and found nothing...)
