Damn, now I am glad you picked some other bullshit script to try to save your ass. Honestly I thought you were a SomeBody, now I know for sure who your are.
Think you can send the checks out you owe people? |

Bill...you've never had any issue with me in the past. So I don't know why you're going to sling bullshit mud when I'm just telling you how I see it.
At first I thought you were just starting bullshit to spam your program That's typical GFY, no big deal...but then you went off the deep end. On top of that, I'm not the only one pointing this out to you. Attack me all you want, I've had my day looking like the fool. Seems like today is yours. |

Dude, who are you talking to? The cat that got ripped off and is trying to sell a script that can put people in jail? Or me? Curious minds want to know. |

I have read both threads and can't see that GenXLaw has done anything wrong.

To my knowledge the software and full rights was sold last fall to GenX I believe. I no longer have the email but I do know that NOONE had the right to sell that script after it was sold this included the owner of mx. ( which apparently he did) . Secondly, as far as I knew mx was to "finish" the script for them previous to the proposed regs. I have no idea what happened after they paid for the rights as it was " a closed deal ".
SO, GenX had full rights to what the fuck they wanted with the software after they purchased it. Although I believe they were waiting for the product to be modified and improved. |

That is right. And this is coming from Thomas who used to work with mx but ended that employment bc of their scams. We purchased the rights in Sep 2004, when the proposed regulations were released. When the final regulations were passed we used mx to rewrite our 2004 software completely not only to comply with the final law but also so that it was on a customers personal PC, via downloadable versions in Windows, Unix, MacOS. Mx disappeared with our money AND WE NEVER EVER GOT THE NEW, FINAL REGS VERSION OF OUR SOFTWARE! Since Aug 2004 we had the server based version but never sold it bc it was not compliant with the final law -it was written for the proposed regs, and we were waiting on the version #2 written by mx (who perfomed their little disappering act). As evidenced by this email that I posted in the other post where newbreed is bashing us. -----Original Message----- From: GenerationXlaw To: [email protected] Sent: Tue, 7 Jun 2005 2:59:10 PM Eastern Daylight Time Subject: Re: 2257 Register Software Hello Glen: I am embarrassed to say, but my software developer @ mxdevelopment has been MIA since last week. He emailed me Thursday of last week and told me that he was working overtime, hiring more employees to work on the release of the software for today. He promised, and was excited that we would be ready for release today with an excellent product. However, it is 12 pm PT and I have heard nothing. I do not want to keep you waiting for the software, especially because time is of the essence in regard to you inputting your records. I still promise that I will let you know as soon as I hear something, however, at this point I would advise you to purchase software from another company. Sorry for your inconvenience. GenX Law www.generationxlaw.com AIM: generationxlaw Look all I am is a person who has just graduated law school and studying to take the Feb bar. I fell into the industry due to my efforts in protecting the First Amendment, specifically regarding obscenity law. (dont get me started on the government?s crack down on obscenity with an out dated Miller test) When I recognized in August 2004 that 2257 was the governments new weapon to take away our rights, I started looking for software developers to build 2257 software. That is it, I have never done any scamming, but I was scammed despite my airtight contract I wrote with mxdevelopment. So I am baffled why newbreed is attacking us, I even referred customers to his site when they emailed me wanting software. (I posted that email evidence in here too) :) AND he did not even know about it until he posted this BASH thread. lol Well, hopefully this clears our name - Sorry for the big post, but no fun being wrongfully accused. Good nite & Good luck everyone! |
To sum this all up:
Mx sold the rights to GenX Last fall. If it was sold after that, you were ripped off by chris. Period. I had no knowledge of lenny purchasing the software but If he did, again he was ripped off also. The End. |

Lenny, I gotta hand it to ya, this made me smile. I almost posted, but it would have ruined this delivery. |
