Whats a good AVI TO MPG converter? I've filmed our kid and the files are huge to upload to my server. It takes about 1 hour to upload a 1 minute clip.

You may want to try Sony Vegas. It's a great tool for editing and converting video files.

Thank ya! I have Adobe Premere but have no idea on how to use it.

Try TMPGEnc.
They have a free version, and once you fiddle with it it works pretty good. If I can use it, probably anyone can.
