Need Inspiration :: Looking for Character Ideas for Mafia Types

im going to write up another chapter for my mafia fiction site and need some ideas on possible new characters to add in so

youve got to have an overstereotyped russian guy. ivan, a former kgb opreative, now a mafiosi, who drinks vodka, can eat broken glass and is good at chess and figure skating.

Morally bent and deranged skinny Italian dude with a huge nose, wiry black hair and buggy eyes. Always double-thrusts his hips out after killing someone while saying "boohyah...boohyah". His mafia buddies know he's got a small pecker from the hookers he's slept with, which makes his thrust-actions more ridiculous.
