Dub Esinem - Floaters

Im thinking 24's with some meat left for the tire still, I mean it is a truck.. Well sorta now.

The front is a floater. It doesnt spin when the wheel spins. Anyone have a video of these in motion? Or ever seen these in person with an opinion.
