Last night I was heading over to my girlfriend's place and I was driving my new toy ('97 VW GTI Driver's Edition, 350 horsepower, blah blah blah). Found an Acura Integra that wanted to play with me on the highway, so I figured what the hell. I didn't even have to come out of fifth to play with this guy and I was walking all over him, but we were having fun weaving in and out of traffic and just playing in traffic generally.

Well, we were doing about 200 KM/h (120 MP/h) for about 10 miles, when suddenly, he disappears from my rearview, and these imposing headlights fill up my rearview... "OH FUCK" I thought to myself, I know those headlights anywhere, it's a Crown Vic, and I'm busted. So I slowed down to the speed limit (100 KM/h) and figured I was getting pulled over right away.. The cop stayed glued to my ass for two exits and got off the highway with me. We stop at the light beside eachother, and he looks over at me, makes sure I've made eye contact with him, raises his finger and shakes it at me while making the tsk tsk face.. Then he waves me off. Sweat was pouring down my face (The turbo tends to blow some heat through the vents, but this was pure stress instead of heat in the car) and I was shaking.

It's rarely I get caught doing something naughty and only get my hand slapped, I had to pull into the first gas station I saw and park the car to calm down. LOL. What an experience that was. On the way home, a Honda Civic wanted to play, but there was no way in hell I was going to tempt fate again.. So I did the speed limit home, as painful as that was.
