              you boil a whole chicken, then use the water off the chicken to cook the rice. mix in some kilbasa and boom.

              add hot sauce, and dear god its good. takes a couple hours to make properly, but damn...

                              I've made variations of that many times before. Either chicken, ground beef or sausage cut up, rice, and mixed veggies, then add herbs and spices and few good splashes of tobasco and sometimes soya sauce, mix it all up.... it's heavenly.

                              I call it gluk. :D
