Good Computers for lots of rendering (Itanium Chip?) - GoFuckYourself.com

Need a super fast computer for lots of rendering. Anyone have some good suggestions? I see the new Itanium chip should be coming out this year but I haven't seen any computers with that processor yet.

Not sure xactly what you are looking for. But DELL you can build your own, and I think HP as well.

Check with other people who use the same edit software as you do to see what is working for them.

I use Vegas 5 and PPro 1.5 and instead of having one beefy system I have 3 single chip boxes. Works great.
