I give Cogent a year before they bit it.
Unless they raise prices significantly. Yipes has a much better Gig-E network and higher prices and they are losing money... Ya cant sell dollar bills for 50 cents and expect to make any money. And the big Tier-1 providers are starting to roll out there own Gig-E Networks. Plus there Networks Kick Ass compared to cogents only public peering. Its just a matter of time. |
