Do I still have to fax in documents before I even put one banner up or make even one dollar?

Yes, you still have to fill out and fax a W9 before you can login. That is if your account is new or if you did not do this when accounts were put on hold until the forms were sent in.

As long as you have good reference from other programs, we should be able to work something out.
