Can anyone recommend a good agency to collect on chargebacks?

How much can one ususally get from those? They pay few bucks per chargeback, and then they deal with it or what?

How do you collect on a chargeback?
Wouldnt that be like me going to wal mart, buying something and then returning it, but them keeping my money so they can still make their profit? A chargeback is a chargeback.. the money is gone. Isnt it?
