I can not believe the amout of idiot gallery posters I get.

About 40% either do not have any recips, have no 2257 link or information, or my text link is the same color as their gallery background.

the very nice professional galleries that have no recips on them, should I just blacklist them now? In my rules for submitting galleries it is extremely clear that they need to have my recip plus other TGP's recips. Are they just spamming to see if they can get one listed?

anyway the shoe is one the other foot, since I was a paysite owner then added gallery posting to my daily efforts.

God bless the TGP owners patience beyond belief.

LOL I bet most of these TGP's are operated by EU, Australian and Russian guys. They don't care about 2257 because they have THEIR OWN laws. Do you follow to Chinese laws? I think no... So why non-US citizens should follow 2257?

2257 script should be ready next week

I still don't know how some sites get around the recip part.

I have looked at their source code and can not find a debbienomad.com/tgp/ anywhere. When I tried to submit any gallery of my own that did not have the correct recip it caught it.

You think people sit there and check if your recip link and a few others are ok with the tgp design?

Its all generated with software, for 3000 tgp sites at a time, noone sits there and cares about what your submit page says or does, and noone even see's it. Amazes me how many people still put banners and waste time on submit pages

The generation software also has traffic ratings which determining how much traffic they update the database and then you get links from more respectable TGP's in which case they might review before submitting, if your sending 50 hits a day, then don't expect much love.. if you are sending 150k a day, then they might review the page prior and adjust if neccessary.

Remember Traffic Rules, not You

1. if I have copies of the sponsor 2257 info on file at my office for each gallery that is posted on my site

2. if the galleries that are on my tgp have links to their custodian 2257 records

then the corresponding picture that goes with the gallery that has the information on it is covered.

I could be wrong but I trust their advice so far.

And... you are totally wrong with it. Actually there is no need to ask other people at all. Just read 2257 very carefully taking into account that DOJ will consider you as a secondary provider.

i have a pool of over 900.000 valid galleries, now think of this:
those who have banned domains still try to submit several galleries a day, try to imagine the volume of all daily submissions.

if the guy hosting the gallery isn't in the USA, they don't need a link to 2257 info... nor do you need them to provide one.. and in fact, it may be against the rules of their country to provide them

however, if you host an explicit thumb for their gallery, then you do need the 2257 info on hand.. and not just a link to the provider's custodian of records...

at least, that's how I understand it
