I can always hear him wildly jacking off, screaming like a girl & other random nonsense. I was outside with baby momma yesterday and he walks up all psychotic with his head down and a terrifying grin and explains how he saw a rainbow at 6:00am. He continued to say that he had the "testicle of death" and he enjoyed hanging himself by his balls. I never worried about locking my doors when I was home until now. He knocks on my door at all hours of the night asking for cigarettes. I'm afraid that if I tell him off I'll end up mounted in his livingroom. What the fuck should I do about this nutbag?

I had the problem in my old condo...right next door to me...Ok, he had this dilusional thought that the foundation and walls were cracking around us and the place was going to implode around us..he'd knock on my door to ask if I'd look at the new cracks in his condo..Now there were cracks from the paint and bad spackle jobs but nothing else.then he started to feed mice peanutbutter and we had a huge mice infestation. He baptized a stray cat he found because she was a slut and impure lol..That was pretty much it for me.

Have you seen this guys place?...I know my neighbors place was condemable so i called the health department and fire marshal he was given 30 days to clean it up or they would condem it and comit him and luckily for me he did not clean it up so his place was condemned and they dragged him out kicking and screaming about him knowing the TRUTH. yeah Good Bye!!!

Good luck to you! it is a bad situation because he probably could get violent
