"commerse" is a wider scope in business which is not limited by the Internet.
in other words, trademark does not equal a domain name.

Don't worry guys the trademark thing won't work - e.g. match.com, match.net, match.tv - if any domain extension was registered prior to the trademark the domain cannot be included in the trademark. E.g. date.net, date.dk already exist. And specially generic words like sex,pussy,date,adult can't be put under trademark protection.

Now - there could be a case where someone already has a .xxx domain, one with the plugins... and has invested time/money to build traffic for the domain... that's something a lot more worrying. other than that it should be a race.
