posting that you can't make sales with ccbill is the same as posting that you don't have a clue how to make a gallery.

it's pretty fucking easy to make sales with ccbill if you have more than 12 iq points. I mean - i can do it - day in and day out and i'm an idiot. Posting that you can't is saying you're dumber than a complete idiot.

exactly my point.. I don care if tells me 1:500 or 1:700.. as long as i get the signups.. ratios alone is not important unless its combined with the traffic source

No one can tell me otherwise.

I agree with you. We're not stupid. If you get a CB, and are in 'safe range' of being under 1%, the scrub gets turned up. I've seen it a million times. I think Corvette is only addressing accounts that are in CB range trouble; on that he is right. But don't tell me you don't have algorithms.

Oh dear God. We all got sales with CCBill, then we didn't. This has been going on for years and it's worthless. I wonder how much money you would have made by using other sponsors. :2 cents:

If you had the decency to actually read what i wrote, you would know that what your just stated, only have to do with you being a idiot - as you so nicely put it yourself.

I dident say I could not convert with CCbill.. I do.. But I said that there is errors in their system, but since they will never admit it, i desided never to use them anymore instead. The system sucks, and you are a fool if you cant se that. but then again, that will also be the reason you have been cheatet so many times with banners and stuff like that

Its safe to say, based on the zillions of threads about ccbill, something is going on there thats not right.

I know these things are very hard to check. we do our own processing and some and
i know how strange statistics can be even on the largest numbers. But things like
1:400 for weeks going to 1:3000 all of the sudden are things that simply DONT happen
and thats a situation that happens a lot at ccbill if i can believe the threads i see here.,

On the other hand Ebus:
Are you sure it are 2 sales and not 1 customer fucking things up?

Never any luck here with CC Bill sponsors either. Tried them off and on for several years.

I stopped using them long ago. ( for the most part )

If it was good enough i might promote it, but so far i'm not missing anything..

I have noticed the same trend with NATS.. Maybe its just coincidence that every nats sponsor i have tried does well worse than non-nats sponsors.. then again its hard to compare one against the other.

What Smokey said.
I wonder if its tracking issues, which is why paysite owners love them as they get the sale regardless.I am probably way off but figures don't lie and we are not talking about ratios.

SeniorX 07-11-2005 11:20 AM

same here, rotated between ccbill sales and merchant account for a week - merchant account's ratios are pretty much around 1:200, whereas ccbill's doing 1:400 one day, then 1:1500 the next. It's like when someone is not at the office manually checking things they turn on the turbo-scrubber.

This is a joke rigth?...I mean you should know better than this lol

tranza 07-11-2005 12:07 PM

I just read your first post, so excuse me if someone pointed this out before: TheHun traffic converts better with hardcore, it's not unusuall to see only 2 sales for a free listing at TheHun, especially with softcore content....

Garou 07-11-2005 05:14 PM

the key is to know the ccbill's algo: how, why, what and when gets declined/rebilled. Compare it to other 3p processors then. I heard that ccbill's algo sucked.

pornguy 07-11-2005 05:23 PM

I think that you may want to re do your sales tactics. maybe the sponsor does not have what your traffic is looking for. It has nothing to do with CCBILL.
