Merchant account question...

Is it possible to have multiple merchant accounts with different banks for online proccessing under the same U.S. business name for all of them?

Thanks

PS. if you have any good reccomendations on merchant account banks for non adult businesses please post them!

Yes, you can.

Why would you need multiple merchant accounts for a non-adult business? With Mainstream business the rates are going to be within 15 basis points of each other and your chargeback risk is also pretty low.

Hi Dion,

You can have multiple merchant accounts.. It is always good to have a backup incase your main account has problems...

You should contact Mitch at NetBilling, he knows just about everything you need to know about merchant accounts. He can also get you set up very fast too.

Thanks,

B-

Dion,

As has been stated, yes you are able to setup multiple accounts under the same business name AND it's a good idea.

I'm signing accounts at a few different banks currently. Hit me up with the details and I'll be happy to get you setup.
