the word arrange has two meanings.. the one you want to avoid is - one who orchestras an event without knowing the outcome. I can "arrange a fight" between two boxers does not mean that I know the outcome vs. an "arranged marriage between two people" where the outcome is predictable.

If you care you take your medication and settle down you would find in my sentence that I was saying that I organized an event - thought it up and put it together - it ended without anyone being forced (*especially you). What I said, "it wont be you" means that if I ever intend to do something like this again, I would prefer to chose someone else.
