Clickcash payments for WE: 01/19/02

Has anyone else not received their payment from Clickcash for week ending 01/19/02?? I always get my checks on time via fed-ex.

I have emailed [email protected] and [email protected] twice and still have yet to receive a reply from them.

I have read the posts about bounced checks elsewhere on this board but never had that problem with them.

I also have my checks sent via FedEx and usually receive them by 11:00a.m. EST on Tuesdays. Even the weeks that have had holidays such as this week, I've still received my check by Thursday. Well it's now past noon on Friday and still no check for the WE 1/19/02 and I'm starting to wonder WTF is going on over there. Don't waste your time e-mailing them either, they DO NOT answer e-mails. Ive been with them for over a year and have sent probably more than 50 e-mails and have only been responded to twice. I'm starting to look around for another program that actually offers webmaster support. I suspect we'll all get our checks, it's just that they will be sent at the convenience of Webpower with no regard for the financial commitments of it's webmasters.

I realize that companies experience problems from time to time and no my financial future doesn't revolve around this one check (even though they do owe me $477 for this week)

My problem is the fact that they did not reply to my emails and they never posted anything on their site regarding their server downtimes or the problems with payment.

In the 6 months I have marketed clickcash they have paid out to me over $16,000 without any problem. I may not be their top earner by any means but you think that someone who generates that amount of revenue would be valuable enough to them that they would have the consideration to reply to their emails.

The big issue here is customer service and professionalism, which they are lacking entirely.

I market for them as well as sending traffic and yes i get paid like Clockwork for All of my traffic

They are an all around well managed company
They have more feeds online then MOST other 1-1 sites and have a large assortment of girls

You are not even close.....top earners on CC earn 50-60k a week of legit traffic.......not spam!!

Between me and two of my friends we are owed in excess of 30k from last week and WE are NOT Worried.

The ones who should be are the ones with the bogus traffic...I know of 15 people who have complained about being cancelled on other boards last week.

I smell a fresh batch of cancellations coming very soon...the party is over.

well word on the grapevine is that there has yet to be a logical and verified reason for this check fiasco. This week checks did not go out til Thurs or today I have heard, as I guess they have a pretty big work load sending out the checks to cover the ones that were NSF. I am a female chathost who works on the site occasionally, and this is how I know. I still have camgirl friends who are getting the run around for checks going back as far as five weeks, and also know some who have had no problems. Rumor has it they are 'vesting in another site and today there is a new fucking pop up window when you hit ifriends sign up page, so who knows what will happen.
What works for some may not work for others.

Hope this info might help anyone. I've been lurking here for a while but thought I'd add a comment here and there regarding this topic. I'm trying to avoid their site altogether until this money problem seems to be a thing of the past.

I talked to clickcash about 10 mins ago and my check was fed-ex'd today. According to them, the problem was that their bank wasn't recognizing some of the funds in their account.

They also added that it only affected about 250 webmasters or so and the problem seems to be resolved now.

for people that have not received a check in a long time - maybe you should look at their rules and see if maybe spamming was not such a good idea

for people that are late in getting their check - the mail is slow and they have been busy resolving that other issue, which would cause for some delay

for people that received NSF checks - this was an isolated incident and one mistake in 6 years is not bad for a company

for people that keep saying they have not heard back from ifriends/Clickcash - just call them and they answer any questions immediately

for people that keep coming in like vultures spamming their own programs - try to get some business ethics

Hey Rocky - Please share the TOP SECRET phone number that you seem to have for ClickCash. Most of us are unable to get a number for them. And if you call Ifriends they WILL NOT give you a number!!! And the number on the FedEx envelope is answered by Ifriends as well. So go ahead and share - were all waiting for the secret number.

well everyone got their own secret phone number

it just depends if you take the time to read your email

when you first signed up for ifriends/clickcash they sent you back an email that showed that your account was activated and on the bottom of the email was the phone number for someone in Associate Relations

the number i use is for Stacy 1-800-243-9726 x113

today when i called, Stacy was not available, but i spoke to Tim

when you say, Stacy is gone, do you mean gone for the day, or gone for all eternity?

i've called that number about once a month for a year now just to shoot the shit with Stacy

i'm not saying it's easy to get ahold of these people with email, but there's never been a problem with the phone
