    Stock Traders: Which online brokerage do you recommend?

    Keeping in mind the following:

    - I live in Costa Rica and don't have a US or Canadian bank account anymore
    - ePassporte deposits/withdrawals greatly preferred
    - will be mostly used for playing around with different penny stocks, so fees shouldn't be huge

    What would you recommend ??
