Thanks guys, they said they have never seen a little pup with that kind of injury, and also said if she makes it through the night she has a good chance of living, but it's a 50/.50 chance so we are not quite sure yet

Thanks Exxxotica, they are a great dog I have 3 of them , 2 males and a bitch and it was the bitch that got run over, she is only 10 weeks old,
