    Need some advice on selling content

    I have had debsdeepthroat.com for 6 years now, it does excellent. My content is totally exclusive. A have been approached by a company that wants to buy video content. I have no idea what to charge.

    The guy told me if i can really do what my site says i can its worth alot because real deepthroat is rare. Is this True? Again, I do not know the first thing about how to charge for this or even if i want to. BTW the deepthroat is real, I can swallow it all!! lol
    Any advice will be appreciated.

              I guess what I am asking is this....If i get a good offer and I sell...Will it in turn hurt mysite because It will no longer be exclusive to my site?
