Let's say I have a domain that someone thinks infringes on his trademark.
So he goes to WIPO and if if lose the case, do i have to pay $1500 WIPO costs ?

the person filing the complaint has to pay the fee, unless you ask for a 3 person panel in which case you have to pay half.
