Duplicate emails have been sent. It's 3:32 am my time but I wanted to get this done tonight. Title of my email, so you can find it easily, is "Complaint About One Of Your Affiliates". If you have the industry weight to get his site pulled, please do it since his host seems unwilling to listen to me.
