kinda hard to not violate a licence when you havn't been issued one...

Odds are they would make you buy the proper licenses or would work out a deal with you to remedy the situation. People violate licenses all day and night, its up to the license holder to decide whether or not its worth fighting about.

This particular license infringement was in no way worth all of the hassle/drama it created, in my opinion. Obviously, as Aaron is the license holder, he feels differently and that is his right.

Would Matrix pull your license if you posted the content on GFY to get second opinions?
