It would be interesting to see a site where 100 designers are given the same materials to make tours from, same text, etc. They create their tours and join pages but all then go to same processor for same account. The tours all get rotated through the SAME traffic pool. Then the site lists the conversion results.

So the final breakdown would be
Design firm name, clickable link to their site, clickable thumb of their tour, their CTR score, their CTR to Signup score, and their pricing for such tour (range pricing)

Just a thought. (Since webmasterlabor.com doesn't do adult content-related projects anymore, we won't be implementing this... if that question crossed your mind :) )

Or maybe design is one of those things that YOU REALLY CAN'T COMPARE since it is more of an art... ?(although the item above compares not the "art" but the OBJECTIVE NUMBERS of the effect of such "art")

These guys were cool.
They had a little content that had a minor design.

They posted there tour here on GFY and got shredded in a very bad way.
I contacted them, redid the tour, they sent targeted traffic to it the right way and boom.

They are in the green.


There is alot to design but fundamental in design is not just looks.
Its all about understanding a niche and getting in the head of potential visitors.

It is my philosophy that no design can sell a site as good as the content does. The content drives the sale not the look.

I am VERY serious. I've spent the last years offering other kinds of services to fellow webmasters and was busy working instead of running my mouth on GFY. But if running your mouth on GFY is what it takes in order to prove your work to be great, then that's what I'll be doing, albeit in a more professional manner than other "famous" designers on here. Time will tell. :winkwink:

That looks nice.. But... The only thing I don,t like with that kind of design, it's that it is not evolutive.. Everything is at his place and if you want to change/add something, you're almost back to square one... :2 cents:

That remains to be seen. Anyone can pull out a template and fill it with content. Not anyone can design. But, we'll have to see the conversions. :)

Very nice designs Alien, the content really stands out as it should. Great job man.

Next month a new program will open and it features 12 new designs of mine.
Hopefully peeps will like those to.
