I bought one of these systems a couple of months ago and after the first few weeks the DVD player went to shit. Their customer service took care of it right away though by FedEx'ing me a brand new setup the very next day. Then last night I put in a DVD and the DVD player on the brand new system starts fucking up. I called today and told them I was going to box this shit up and but instead of sending me a new system (for the third time) I instead wanted a complete refund. They said no problem....
Anywayz, I know I recommended this system to a few folks here and was wondering if anybody else has had any problems with their system. I wouldn't recommend it again after having this much problems with it. Their customer service kicks major ass but this product has some major issues! The system sounds GREAT when it works properly
