Gallery Maker Submitter Output
what do you expect of yor maker/submitters
im taking on two new guys and setting the limit at 6 galleries (3 pic and 3 video) per day. Pushing too hard or not ard enough ?  |

There's a lot of factors. Are they designing the galleries or just inserting content? How many sites are they submitting to? Are they hand submitting or using assisted submissions? Thumbs or text link submissions?

it would vary but here's a quick summary (im just airing thoughts here to see whether im being a hahahaha or not asking enough lol)
ok 1000 tgp list 200 pa's a few paid pa's mix of thumbs and text Galleries made from a set oftemplates already inserted into arles including style Requires some css change per gallery MPG's - clips are made need screen shot a sentence of text adding templates as above (not in arles though of course) Work Rate: 1 making 1 submiting 6 per day not to unreasonable or trying to kill them? |
