4. More than 100,000 photos have been uploaded by members this week.

5. More than 100,000 photos this week.

or

#1 and 4 are both technically correct but number 4 sounds better.

Number 1 and 4 are correct but i think 4 is much better .. 4 is in the present past participle while 1 is in the past tense.. 4 is used when you are still uploading the photos while 1 is used when you have finished uploading it.. well ..i'm not really sure about it... but this is what i know in terms of english grammar..hehehe
