If you always wanted to get into blogging or maybe your blog isn't established yet and you don't want to wait for it, this is worth your time to check out.

I really love blogging and I enjoy updating all my blogs, but recently I've come across some new projects that are going to force me to get rid of some of my blogs that I'll no longer have the time for. I just thought I'd put some feelers out and see if I'd get any bites on this.

* PR3 rating
* good, memorable domain name
* #1 on yahoo for a few keywords
* steady monthly income
* Gets about 1300 uniques a day

Google's showing 272 backlinks, and there's enough text to interest the search robots. For the price, I'd say it's a good bargain. Not really in my bailiwick, but somebody should snap it up quick.

You're kidding.. go check Entropy's posts and offers in the Buy / Sell forum. You can top this easy.. if you don't think these are dime a dozen then I think you're blogging wrong. Unfortunately, it's true.. you can build a blog with better stats in very little time and quite easily.

LOL -- that would be the same Entropy who took money from a bunch of folks up front, delivered a couple of half-filled-in PR0 blog templates with no inbound links, and then vanished with all the money from his many pre-paid orders? And for only four/fifths the price, what a bargain!

I would say about the same price as a TGP design.. Depending on how much work was put into it of course.. Blog designs aren't hard just a lot of people don't know that much about css and so many different kinds of blog software.
