1. Mach 3, and make sure you use enough shaving cream.
2. The only time it got itchy was the first time...and that was a few days after.
3. Not yet, but I did get a little razor burn the first time, from touching up without re-applying more shaving cream.

Be sure and wear briefs until your skin stops itching. It'll cut down on the skin to skin contact that just aggravates things.
