One thing I would like to see is no MORE Signature Spam. For a example of what I mean. Take a look at Adult Content Solutions 468 x 60 banner. I would have to say total over kill and SPAM.

Yup.... I think a text link is sufficient, provided it doesn't run for 9 lines worth of worthless schpiel... but a 468 60 banner is fuckin' overkill.

I think a regular 120x60 button is not bad either, if you use it once per thread, not on all your replies in 1 thread.
