I had a virtual plan with them a few years back... the server fucked up and all of my stuff was erased. I understand shit happens, but they never notified me. I didn't find out for 2 weeks, and the only reason I noticed was because the same thing happened to a buddy of mine at the same time and it was his primary hosting.

They were really helpfull after I sent them an email cancelling my service... even offered me dedicated plans at discounts, but after something like that I loose confidence in a company.
