You should speak with John and he will do his best to get you in asap. Depending how complicated your stats are, it may require doing some stuff on your side to make it feasible for his system.

IwantU was such a case, now we should be added in any day now :thumbsup

I'm still going to use statsremote. I dont even care that unifiedstats is free. I trust JB and the people at statsremote. They have demonstrated themselves to be hardworking, reliable, and run a solid operation. I feel their pricing is fair and I am happy with their service.

I just downloaded it and I can't believe that they don't have Flynt Digital in there... Seems like a good program, but too many sponsors missing at the moment to be really useful...

If you don't care why do you keep making multiple posts in this thread and even decided to post here.... :disgust

I just hope enough to justify the $30 a month price tag. The regular updates have decreased over time, which makes me wonder why we are paying such a high fee?

I fail to see why you could have a problem with that Babagirls, unless you feel they are somehow obligated to respond to their competition's marketing strategy.

I agree, they need to add more sponsors. But what I can complain for, it's a great freeware product. :thumbsup

Some of us aren't anymore. R.I.P. StatsRemote. :(

sacX 07-06-2005 04:17 PM

$30 a month is peanuts compared to what statsremote has made me.

Competition is a good thing :thumbsup I have a feeling that I will also be cancelling my Stats Remote sub as soon as Unified Stats adds more programs.

I personaly dont like Unified Stats, i'd like to try Stats Remote but only 3 day trial made me not downloading it. I'm not going to pay 30$ a month for a program i tried 3 days.

Meloman 07-06-2005 05:12 PM

I use both program and find both have there pro's and cons. Unfortunetly you can't beat free so I'll be cancelling my SR subscription soon.

I know John personaly (Owner of Unified Stats). He's a good guy and a kick ass programmer. This program is completely trustworthy. And YES it's completely free.

My favorite UnifiedStats feature is how you can see "tommorrows" stats. So basically depending on your time zone and the sponsors time zone..you're able to start seeing the following days sales as they start rolling in. This is usefull for sponsors like ClickCash that roll over at 9:00 PM PST for me.

Also John's been adding sponsors like crazy...so don't shrug off UnifiedStats too easily if your sponsor isn't there. Plus you can hit him up as well and ask for specifics.

Just my 2 cents.

OK, I said that my first comment would be my only one in this thread but I need to comment this. With StatsRemote it was always possible to see your 'tomorrow's' stats. All the info was always there, just not in the today tab as the default time zone of StatsRemote is PST. All your hits, sales, rebills, $$$ etc. were always displayed in the 'this month', 'this week', etc. tabs and you could always use the custom tab for this purpose as well. Also, we recently added a tomorrow tab which was already on our to-do list before UnifiedStats was released because quite a few of our members requested it.

What I don't like is that John does false advertising on his website and in his posts. He feels the need to compare his product to 'existing solutions' and makes false statements. For example, a quote from his website: 'With existing software solutions, living in a time zone other than where your affiliate program is located means waiting for your stats.' This is just not true, at least not about StatsRemote.

Another example for false advertising:
From https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/479699-unifiestats-stats-app-support-aff-interface.html
- The only stats application on the market which will show you a 100% accurate view of your stats at all times

What if a sponsor changes their stats? Does UnifiedStats fixes itself and automatically displays the correct stats then? Can they really guarantee that all routines work 100% accurate at all times?

I really don't mind competition but I think it's kind of sad that competitors feel the need to make false statements about 'existing solutions' in order to market their product.

:2 cents:

I asked for the tomorow tab awhile back and was ignored.. Or was I?

MrJackMeHoff 07-06-2005 06:11 PM

unified doesnt support any of the programs I use.. Thats some shitty luck.

You were not ignored. We finally implemented it. Our main priority has always been to add new programs and fix existing programs that no longer work though.

JB .... as per the netpond comments which I agree with you have no obligation to respond to your competiton. Statsremote is a fantastic piece of software. I was kinda hoping you guys would stay out of provocative threads like this ;)

I stayed out of it, except one short comment. I don't feel the need to justify our business model but I just don't like it when people get a wrong impression about our software. That's why I replied to the post :)

I like the "tommorrow" stats so I can see how the next day is starting. Having those numbers grouped under the "monthly or weekly" tab does me no good. As far as the custom tab goes...I just looked at it. So I would need to re-set it each and every time I wanted to see "tommorrow". So basically every morning I would need to update the custom tab dates for the following date. And then do it again the next day. Am I correct?

So my comment still stands. It's much easier to see "tommorrow" stats in Unified Stats than it is in Stats Remote.

Now I've been a customer of Stats Remote for a while. In fact I was one of the original beta testers. So I LIKE the program. It has it's good features. So please don't take my comments as "hater" comments etc..

My personal stance is this.

Both are great programs...but once Unified Stats has 100% of the programs I use....then why should I keep paying for Stats Remote?

It appears you do.

Making personal attacks against my character is shameless and if you feel that's what you need to do in order to conduct business, so be it...you wont drag me down to that level...can't even imagine how it will help you.

I'm pretty sure I've never mentioned your product directly and definitely not your name...and if you can't understand a product coming to market attempting to capitilize on features that it believes are missing from the competition, I'm afraid I can't help you. Whether you added features afterwards, thought of them before I came out ect...is neither here nor there...it was a valid point in my opinion and obviously in the eyes of others.

Taking this to a personal level is ridiculous...and I'm sure will only help to build my momentum...

As I said, we recently implemented the tomorrow tab (View -> Tabs -> Tomorrow) and the data has always been there. I didn't take your comment as a hater comment, I just wanted to say that you can see your tomorrow's stats in StatsRemote easily as well.

And whether you want to use UnfiedStats or StatsRemote is totally your decision :)

I would pay $100 a month for my Stats Remote, but I'm happy with $29.95!

My ideal would be Stats Remote linked to either phpadsnew or advertpro ad serving system to get the perfect stats!

Cool. I just looked and added the tab.

Now this is EXACTLY why competition is good. You finally added this option cause your new competition offers it. Nothing wrong with that at all :-) But just proves that this is a market that needed a bit of innovative competition to help bring out some improvements.

Both programs will be interesting to watch over the comming months.

:thumbsup

John,

I don't take this to a personal level. I just pointed out that some of your statements are false. Also, you mentioned StatsRemote in a few of your posts before and you were spamming your product in threads where people asked about StatsRemote or RevStats. This is something the RevStats guys and we have never done for a very good reason :)

Ray@TastyDollars 07-06-2005 08:05 PM

I love SR...especially since I use my TCG points to pay for it month after month :)
