$20-30 tops for high end b/w
30 being average for burning under 10mbps, & 20 for over that

What about for plans paying per gb and not mbps? Premium bandwidth on a managed dedicated server.

On tier-1 Verio bandwidth we can have you setup for around $2.49 per GB on a virtual plan, dedicated is cheaper of course...

Your figure on a per GB level shouldn't be any more than $0.75/GB. $0.50 is about average.
P.S. Verio bandwidth is just alright. It's not cream of the crop. Sam
