ps. 'Marine 1' flew over my house this morning, doing a dummy run for tomorrow. The local airport has had miles of razor wire put around the perimeter, they are expecting bother from the activists.

LOL. I drove by earlier on and there was a demonstration for 'Make Poverty History'......by the local mothers and toddlers group.

And as xxxdesign-net said above above ("that doesnt say much... "), a few more (2005) dollars thrown than predecessors is a "technical" more. It's not what's being asked of the US which is less than what we're throwing into the Iraq game.
