I got my winnings from the digibucks contest.
At first I got a check from Mark for my winnings in that contest.
Since it was in Pounds, I ICQ/emailed Mark and asked if could be sent via epassporte cause my bank would not cash the check with out a large fee and 6 to 8 weeks wait.
I got the funds epassporte within 2 days if I am correct.

I have the emails as proof if you would like to read back over them.
Iggy i do not have any emails from you with your epassporte details otherwise we would have payed you as said.
Digibucks is NOT broke, infact we are growing from strength to strength every day, this is NOT the way to do business, Spanno has offered you the money and you have declined it so where is the irony?
If you hit me up and give me your epassporte details we will have this solved, likewise with anyone who has not recieved payment.

Second, I read your contest rules in that thread you had going. You made no mention of the fact that it was mandatory that webmasters send you hits in order to win. Yes, it is customary to hope that they will send hits to the program, but that wasn't a hard and fast rule. Of course you're going to get a few people signing up who don't send hits, how can you be surprised by this? This point is neither here nor there anyway. Hard to believe you are now implying that because he sent you no traffic he is somehow less deserving of the prize money. That's a very dumb thing to be saying.
Thirdly, if you are sick of threads like this then in future you best make damned sure something like this never happens again. AND, try to be less confrontational when you DO have to post something in the way of dealing with a complaint.
Fourth -- that last item about you putting something fishy in your freehost.... your response tells me that you may actually have done something like that and that you don't give a shit about anyone's complaints about it, and that you will turn a deaf ear to said compaints. I don't know what kind of business manuel you're working from but I would suggest tossing it in the trash and getting a new one.
Threads like this don't have to happen, and I don't like seeing them any more than you do. I hate seeing this sort of horseshit going on every damned week in the community that I do business in. Hate it. But if you're looking to assign blame for this particular thread you best quit trying to deflect it and take some responsibility for your own mistakes.
And you know.... I wouldn't go mentioning irrelivant information like somone not sending any traffic. You never know if a few weeks or a few months from now someone won't start sending a shitload of hits and signups. Mark is in Russia at the moment and i have just had news from him that the bank transfer he had arranged has not yet been finalised. This was meant to have happened last week, and is an error on the banks part.
Mark has closed down his old account and set up one in Digibucks name unfortunately this transaction is taking longer than expected and we are worried that the cheque sent to you may clear before the changeover happens.
That said we want to sort this out as quickly and conviently for you as possible.
Mark will arrive back from Russia next Wednesday and we will pay you straight away in whichever option you would prefer. The 3 options you have are:
1) Western Union Transfer
2) Epassporte transfer
3) one to suit you
Whichever one you decide on we will need your details and on Wednesday/Thursday morning all payments will go out for full and final settlement. If you have already dispensed your cheques to the bank, we will still honour this as the cheques will be bounced back to us.

He won a contest, you owe him money, sure he did not send hits, but as Smitty pointed out, you did not specify him/others to. If you do not want your sht drug through the mud, then pay people what you owe them in a timely fashion.
From what I can tell from the posts, apparently you were moving bank accounts, and your e-mail had gremlins as there was no message sent out to contest winners, you are apparently not receiving e-mails, nor can write them back. Sounds like you have more than one issue going on here.
Jace has a point as well. I had to do this just last week, and normally I am too busy to go through some 30=40 affiliates to make sure their checks are coming in a timely fashion, and one of my sponsors I had not received a check from, which they said had been sent June 1st. I contacted them, and they checked to make sure had not been cashed, and issued a new check w/i 24-36 hours (don't have epassporte). Situation resolved.i never heard anything back, and I personally don't think I should have to track people down to get money....
I, and most webmasters are busy. We do not get to sit around with our thumbs up our asses, nor spend hours e-mailing, ICQing, and tracking all this shit down. Much less following up on it repeatedly. Whether $35 or $35000.00.
One of the keys to ANY successful business, adult or otherwise is TRUST. Affiliates are YOUR customers, and you should take care fo them as such. If we/they/me can't trust you, then it's only a matter of time before you are dropped. Whne word spreads, others will as well. Noone has time to track down money you fucking owe.
I do not know Jace well enough to make a character assessment, but I know Iggy is a class act. So if he took it to the boards, he had cause.
Pay the winenrs. End of drama.

The problem is definitely Digibucks so don't get me wrong. It's unprofessional to send bounced checks, and even more professional not to handle the situation immediately.
With that said, the original post is garbage if you ask me. You have no proof of them being broke, and they use CCBill (which means affiliates will get paid). What if an affiliate of theres saw this and decided to change their traffic? You're not just slandering Digibucks with information you don't have, you also could be hurting a real affiliate.
Not saying you are in the wrong, but you could be hurting affiliates of theres that actually do send them traffic. I've been fucked on over $1000 by two sponsors, and didn't make a post saying they were broke. The best way to get them back is to not send them traffic.Comment

I am one of the ones that was issued a check that was destined to bounce
I was emailed at the beginning of June that I would recieve epassporte funds, i tried contacting 2 more times after that without response
here is the mind boggling part...digibucks is JUST NOW arranging to put money where it needs to be to pay people...WTF? i really seriously think digibucks was NOT planning on paying at all, otherwise they would have had money in epassporte when they said they were going to, at the beginning of the June
