I have yet to hear anything about it. Just takes a second and it should only happen when they play the first video.

Never got any complain about that, but my paid site is very new and we got only few members... its not oppened for affiliates yet...

Never had any complaints about it, although if we did, there's not much you can do about it. Has something to do with IE not passing the cookie info from the browser to the player.

Never had any complaints about it, but I also note to them that if they are watching multiple videos, they should not close out their media player. If they do, they will get prompted.

Never had a complaint.
