I have tons of self-initiative, and work well and thorough without supervision. I am in US/California. why US and Canada only? if i was hiring someone to work full time for me, on important projects i would want them within range for short(and decent $$) flights. be within a couple of time zones of me, and most importantly speak the same language as me(natively) just to name a few that came off the top of my head.
