2. Fast servers... just test it!
3. Uptime... just test it!
4. No script on your websites, you choose the place where you want to put the banner (in a reasonable place)

Didnt answer a damn thing why you are better than the rest, I'd rather have them take my 404 than having a banner on my site that would limit me from alot of shit like TGP's and shit, atleast 404 doesnt matter much unless you are rolling big traffic.
