That's why we're staging LIVE 8. 10 concerts, 100 artists, a million spectators, 2 billion viewers, and 1 message... To get those 8 men, in that 1 room, to stop 30,000 children dying every single day of extreme poverty.
If you knew that you didn't have enough food for yourself, let alone children, wouldn't you think about using condoms? Or has the Catholic church completely fxcked Africa by telling them not to use contraceptives? |

Live8 performers had one thing in mind when they came and performed on that, and that was to help our helpless brothers. If the problem and the remedy that they thought wasn't so clear for them, at least they've done something which they thought could also help.
